FashionTrends.blog (the “Website”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. 1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

2. DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement (“Notice”)
To file a notice, please provide the following information in writing (via email):

- Identification of the material that you claim is infringing (including the specific URL or location on the Website where the material is located).
- Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a “good faith belief” that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. To be effective, the counter-notification must be a written communication that includes the following:
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the Website may be found.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
FashionTrends.blog reserves the right to terminate access for any user who is determined to be a “repeat infringer” of the intellectual property rights of others.
